Zero Tolerance

Edge has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, exploitation, grooming, trafficking, sexualization of minors, or any attempt to endanger minors. This policy applies to profiles, photos, messages, usernames, prompts, reports, support communications, and any other content or conduct connected to the service.

Users may not upload, request, distribute, promote, threaten, joke about, or attempt to normalize sexual or exploitative content involving minors. We may act on suspected violations even if content is coded, indirect, incomplete, or shared outside the app after originating from Edge.

Age Rules

Edge is for adults only. To use the service, you must be at least 18, or the age of majority in the user's jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Minors may not create accounts, appear in sexualized or exploitative content, or use Edge.

We may use age-gating and safety checks appropriate for an adults-only dating service.

If we believe an account belongs to a minor, we may:

  • Suspend or terminate the account, remove related content, preserve evidence where legally appropriate, and report to competent authorities where required.

Users are responsible for providing accurate age-related information and must not help a minor access the service. Adults also must not include minors in dating, sexual, suggestive, exploitative, or unsafe content.

Reporting

Users can report suspected child-safety violations through the app or by contacting us. We aim to review all user reports within 24 hours and take appropriate action as quickly as possible based on the severity and nature of the report.

Reports should include as much context as possible, such as the account involved, the content or behavior at issue, screenshots if available, and any immediate safety concern. If someone appears to be in immediate danger, users should also contact local emergency services or law enforcement.

Review and Enforcement

We may use the following methods to review and respond to safety concerns:

  • user reports
  • human review
  • automated tools

Depending on the facts, we may take one or more of the following actions:

  • content removal
  • warning
  • feature restriction
  • suspension
  • permanent account termination
  • reporting to competent authorities where required

We may also preserve relevant account, device, content, report, and transaction records where appropriate for safety, legal compliance, investigation, or cooperation with competent authorities.

Law Enforcement

We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). If we identify or receive a report of CSAM, we will immediately remove the content, suspend the account, preserve evidence where legally appropriate, and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other competent authorities as required by law. We may preserve and disclose information to competent authorities when required or permitted by law.

We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and child-safety authorities. We may also escalate urgent matters when we believe a child may be at risk of harm.
