Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms govern access to and use of Edge, which is operated by Edge Social Ltd. By creating an account, accessing, downloading, purchasing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
The Service
Edge is an iOS dating application. Edge is designed for adults seeking intentional dating experiences through profiles, discovery, matches, and in-app communication.
Edge is available on iOS and may be distributed through the Apple App Store and website.
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We will try to provide reasonable notice where a change materially affects your use of the service, unless urgent safety, security, legal, or operational reasons require faster action.
Eligibility and Accounts
Minimum age: 18, or the age of majority in the user's jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You must provide accurate account information, maintain the security of your credentials, and comply with applicable law.
You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account. You should not share your login credentials, impersonate another person, create accounts for others without permission, or use Edge if you are legally prohibited from doing so.
User Content and Conduct
You may create, upload, send, or display content through Edge, including:
- profile text
- profile photos
- messages
You may not:
- misuse the service or interfere with its operation;
- violate another person's rights, privacy, or safety;
- upload unlawful, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, or infringing content;
- harass, threaten, impersonate, scam, or exploit another person;
- use bots, scraping, or other automation unless we expressly permit it.
You are responsible for the content you provide and for making sure you have the rights needed to share it. You keep ownership of your content, but you allow us to host, display, transmit, moderate, translate, adapt for technical formatting, and otherwise use it as needed to operate and improve Edge.
Moderation and Enforcement
We may review reports, use safety tools, and take action where needed to protect users and the service. Moderation may include:

Depending on the situation, enforcement may include:
- content removal
- warning
- feature restriction
- suspension
- permanent account termination
- reporting to competent authorities where required
We may remove content or restrict accounts where necessary for safety, legal compliance, or service integrity, subject to applicable law.
We may take action with or without prior notice when we believe it is reasonably necessary to prevent harm, investigate abuse, comply with law, protect other users, or preserve the integrity of the service. Where appropriate, users may contact us to ask about enforcement decisions.
Payments and Subscriptions
Edge may offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases through Apple App Store in-app purchases. Purchases made through Apple are managed under Apple's billing and subscription rules. Refunds for purchases made through Apple App Store are handled by Apple except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Subscription features, pricing, billing periods, renewal terms, trial availability, and cancellation instructions are presented before purchase. You are responsible for reviewing those terms before confirming a transaction.
Intellectual Property
The service, software, trademarks, design, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us the rights necessary to host, display, transmit, moderate, improve, and operate the service.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, lease, sublicense, or exploit any part of the service except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that all content will be accurate or safe.
Edge is a platform for meeting and communicating with other people. We do not guarantee compatibility, matches, relationships, offline outcomes, user identity, or the conduct of any user. You should use good judgment when interacting with others, especially before sharing personal information or meeting in person.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including rights that may apply to consumers in their country or region of residence.
Governing Law and Disputes
